8. Customised and Printed Products

Products featuring player names, squad numbers, patches, personalisation, or other custom printing are made to customer specifications.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customised and printed products are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details and sizing selections are correct before placing an order.
