Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Classic11kits@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved. Alternatively, you may request a size exchange where available.
Please note that exchanged items are not eligible for further returns, so we recommend checking sizing carefully before requesting an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Customised and Printed Items
Customised orders cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure all sizing and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
Items with player names, squad numbers, patches, personalisation, or other custom printing are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Printed items may be exchanged, where applicable, or refunded as store credit only.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing information and contact us before ordering if they have any questions regarding customised or printed products.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match the description or information provided on our website, you may return the item for a full refund or replacement, subject to inspection.
Sale and Promotional Items
Refunds for items purchased during a sale or promotional offer will be calculated based on the adjusted price paid. If a return causes the remaining order value to fall below the qualifying threshold for a discount or promotion, the discount may be removed and the refund adjusted accordingly.
For example, if a discount was applied to orders over a specified amount and a return reduces the order value below that threshold, the refund will be recalculated based on the original non-discounted item prices.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Refunds will not be issued where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate.
Customers have up to 24 hours after placing an order to request amendments or cancellation before processing begins.
Lost Orders
Orders that have not been delivered within 35 days of dispatch will be considered lost. In such cases, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If you are ordering for a specific event, holiday, birthday, football match, tournament, gift, or any other time-sensitive occasion, please ensure you allow sufficient time for the full published delivery window before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, compensation, or chargeback acceptance where an order is required by a particular date but remains within our stated delivery timeframe. Customers are responsible for considering the advertised delivery estimates when making a purchase for a specific event or occasion.
Return Authorisation
Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain return authorisation. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected in its original condition.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
